Material characteristics: body USES the high strength aluminum alloy casting, gear are 20 crmnmo, full gear grinding process, the machining accuracy level 6, tooth surface hardness can reach HRC58-62, wheel core hardness HRC33 ~ 40, 42 crmo shaft material, oil seal using SKF/NOK/SOG/CTY/NAK import brands, such as bearing the HRB ZWZ/government/NSK SKF brand, such as grease using custom 0 # gear grease, motor adopts YE2 efficient motor, brake choose Japan sanhwa brand (made in China).
