Material features: The worm gear is made of tin bronze ZCUSN12PB2, the worm is made of 20CrMnTi, the processing accuracy is 5, the tempering hardness is HB240~280, the tooth surface quenching hardness is HRC48~54, the shaft material is 42CrMo, the oil seal is made of SKF/NOK/SOG/CTY/NAK and other imported brands, the bearing is made of HRB/ZWZ/LYC/NSK/SKF and the lubricating oil is made of VG220/VG32 full synthetic medium load industrial gear oil from MOBIL/SHELL. The motor adopts domestic and foreign famous brand high efficiency motor.
